Senior Issues, Codington County Extension Complex, Watertown.

An afternoon of educational programs of interest to seniors.  Topics to include Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plan update, funeral planning, nutrition for seniors, local scams, and physical activity for the senior.  1:00 p.m. start with the option to attend two of the programs.  Sponsored by the SDSU Cooperative Extension Service and the Watertown Park and Recreation Department.

Child Care Providers Conference, Codington County Extension Complex, Watertown.

A variety of educational programs to be presented.  Topics include behavior management, diversity, alternatives to media, home day care discussion, nutrition, and more.  8:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Pre-registration requested.
