"Serving Food Safely in SD is Good Business" - Training course for the South Dakota Food Service Manager Recertification will be held at the Yankton County Extension Office conference room October 30, 2006 from 12:30pm to 4:30 pm at a cost of $25.00 per participant.  This recertification course will also be offered in Parker at the Turner County Extension Office November 1, 2006 at 12:15pm also with $25.00 registration.  Pre-registration for this training is required.  Course participants will complete an assessment.  To date, renewal of the certificate through this recertification course is valid only in South Dakota.  To register for this four hour recertification training, call the Yankton County Extension office at 605/665.3387.  Deadline for registration is October 23, 2006.
