| The Horizons 3 Project SDSU Cooperative Extension Service in partnership with the Northwest Area Foundation is beginning the third round of the Horizons project in South Dakota. 15 communities have been chosen to participate in Horizons III including:
Big Stone City, Box Elder, Eden/Roslyn, Flandreau, Gregory, Gayville/Volin, Greater Big Stone Lake area, which includes the towns of Corona, Wilmot, and lake residents, Harding County, Hill City, Hyde County, Kadoka, Kimball, Leola, and Reliance. In addition, a site on the Rosebud Indian Reservation will be part of the project. See what each of the communities are working on by visiting the South Dakota Horizons Blogs.
